Arrivals and Departures

L’arrivée à La Romanetière se fait à partir de 15h.
En cas d’arrivée tardive, après 20h, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir nous prévenir, par téléphone ou SMS. Les chambres doivent être libérées au plus tard à 11h30 le jour de votre départ.

Booking and cancellation conditions

Our rates are set on the basis of an occupancy of one or two people per room. Breakfasts are included in the price of the room.
All our prices are expressed in euros, they include VAT and tourist taxes.
Payment must be made no later than the day before the departure date.
Au moment de la réservation, le montant total du séjour vous sera demandé afin de valider de façon définitive votre réservation.
Invoices can be paid either in cash or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa). Bank checks are not accepted.

Article 1 - Object

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner agrees to personally welcome holidaymakers with all the necessary attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

Article 2 - Duration of stay

The customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3 - Reservation and conclusion of the contract

La réservation devient effective dès lors que le client aura fait parvenir au propriétaire le montant total du séjour, avec un exemplaire du contrat ou du devis signé avant la date indiquée sur le contrat de réservation. Le deuxième exemplaire du contrat est à conserver par le client. Les prix s’entendent toutes charges comprises.

Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer

Toute annulation doit être notifiée par lettre, ou mail, adressée au propriétaire.

  • a) Annulation avant le début du séjour : le remboursement de la totalité du séjour est valable uniquement en cas d’annulation effectuée au minimum 48 heures avant le début du séjour.
  • b) Si le client ne se manifeste pas avant 18h le jour prévu de début du séjour, le présent contrat devient nul et le propriétaire peut disposer de ses chambres d’hôtes. Le montant du séjour reste acquis au propriétaire.
  • c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner

When before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email. The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.

Article 6 – Arrival

The customer must arrive on the specified day between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner by telephone.

Article 7 – Breakfasts

Les petits-déjeuners sont servis entre 8 h et 10 h. Une marge de 1/4 d’heure avant ou après cette plage horaire est acceptée, sur demande du client.

Article 8 - Payment of the balance

The balance is to be paid on arrival with the owner. Additional services not mentioned in the contract or in the estimate will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.

Article 9 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Public Treasury.

Article 10 - Use of the premises

The customer must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms except breakfasts, following measures related to the Covid-19 epidemic. He agrees to return the rooms in good condition, must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume the repair. The whole house is a non-smoking area.

Article 11 – Capacity

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers is higher than initially planned, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no refund can be considered.

Article 12 – Animals

Animals are not allowed. In the event of the departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.

Article 13 – Responsibilities

The facilities and equipment provided must be used in accordance with their ordinary purpose. They are the responsibility and custody of the customer as soon as he takes possession of them. He therefore assumes full and entire responsibility. Any equipment not returned or any degradation will give rise to the payment of the repair costs.
Toutes les chambres fermant à clé, elles sont sous la responsabilité et la garde du client dès qu’il en prend possession. En cas de vol d’argent, de bijoux, de carte de crédit, d’appareil photos ou autres objets de valeur, la responsabilité de La Romanetière ne peut en aucun cas être engagée. De même pour tous objets dans la maison, qui seraient perdus, volés ou endommagés.
